Goncalo Ramos scored a hat-trick as Portugal beat 10-man Switzerland 6-1 in their World Cup last-16 tie on Tuesday
Pepe, Raphael Guerreiro and Rafael Leao were also on target for Portugal, with Manuel Akanji scoring a consolation for Switzerland.
Portugal were always on top and should have scored more, but they were denied by some good saves from Yann Sommer and the woodwork.
Switzerland were reduced to 10 men in the 33rd minute when Remo Freuler was sent off for a second yellow card.
Portugal took full advantage of their numerical advantage and scored three goals in the space of 10 minutes before half-time.
Ramos opened the scoring in the 17th minute, heading home from a Diogo Dalot cross.
Pepe doubled the lead in the 33rd minute, tapping in from close range after a Joao Felix shot had been saved by Sommer.
Guerreiro made it 3-0 in the 55th minute, curling a shot into the top corner from outside the box.
Ramos scored his second goal of the game in the 58th minute, finishing off a fine team move.
Akanji pulled one back for Switzerland in the 73rd minute, but Leao restored Portugal's four-goal lead in the 84th minute.
Ramos completed his hat-trick in the 90th minute, heading home from a Bruno Fernandes cross.
The victory sees Portugal reach the quarter-finals of the World Cup, where they will face Morocco.
