Diane Westhoven Crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024
Vestavia Hills Native to Represent State at National Pageant

Diane Westhoven, a native of Vestavia Hills, was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final held on Saturday, June 1. The 24-year-old will now represent Alabama at the national Miss USA pageant.
Westhoven, a graduate of the University of Alabama, was a standout competitor throughout the competition, impressing judges with her intelligence, poise, and striking beauty. She was also the recipient of the Miss Photogenic award.
"I am so honored and excited to have been crowned Miss Alabama USA," said Westhoven. "I can't wait to represent my state at the national pageant and share my platform of promoting self-acceptance and body positivity."
Westhoven will compete for the title of Miss USA 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 29. The national winner will then advance to the Miss Universe pageant.
